I actually do know how to make one. I started one last year. Go check the dollar store and buy the balls and buy like 3 times what you really think you need.
I made one last year and it was so much fun. Definitely lots of hot glue, and more balls than you think you'll need. I got my balls from westwood discount. they are cheaper there. you can call/text or email me anytime if you need help.
